SUBJECT: Customs provisions of the amending finance law for the fiscal year 2020.

REFERENCE: Amending Finance Law n° 35-20 for the fiscal year 2020, promulgated by Dahir n°1.20.72 of July 25, 2020, published in the Official Bulletin n°6903 of July 27, 2020.

The service is informed that the amending finance law for the fiscal year 2020 includes a new provision of interest to the administration of customs and indirect taxes.

This provision brings changes to the import duty tariff, replacing the import duty rate of 30% with a rate of 40%.

It should be noted that other rates remain unchanged. This measure takes effect from July 27, 2020.

Any difficulty of application will be reported to the Central Administration under the stamp of the present.
